1. How will I receive my purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll instantly receive a download link via email. Please check your inbox (and spam folder just in case).
2. I didn’t receive my product—what should I do?
If you don’t receive your product within 10 minutes, please email us at shadowsofwealth[at]gmail[dot]com with your name and proof of purchase. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours.
3. What if I accidentally deleted my download link?
No worries. Just send us a message at shadowsofwealth@gmail.com, and we’ll resend your product after verifying your purchase.
4. Can I get a refund?
Yes—if you request it within 30 days of purchase and meet our refund criteria (see full policy above). Email us your request with your name, email used at purchase, and receipt.
5. Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (like Stripe via Beacons). We never see or store your credit card details.
6. Will my email be used for marketing?
Only if you choose to opt in. We respect your privacy and never sell your information.
